§ 92.02  LITTER AND TRASH.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, firm or corporation to dump, dispose of, litter or place trash, garbage or refuse of any kind on any public property in the town, unless the same is placed in a receptacle placed on the public property by authority from the town.
