(A) Any person discharging wastewater into the sewer system which exceeds the limits established in this subchapter may be required to pretreatment wastewater.
(C) Dischargers like car washes, restaurants and service stations which normally discharge high concentrations of oil, grease or sand will be required to construct sand and grease traps and to keep them cleaned out, so their discharge into the sewer system will meet the limits established in this division.
(D) The town’s Director may require construction of sand and grease traps as necessary and must approve all plans prior to construction.
