§ 52.049  TAKING WATER FROM PUBLIC HYDRANTS.
   No person, except the Town Director of Public Works or Chief of the Fire Department or person in charge of street cleaning, shall take or in any way use water for private use from public fire hydrants, unless the person shall pay for the privilege and/or receive the usual permit to do so.
