Facilities covered by this chapter include the boat ramp, fishing area and shooting range, which facilities occupy a strip of land between the city-operated sewer plant and the Feather River and located approximately three (3) miles east of the City of Gridley, being annexed into the city through a non-contiguous annexation. As used in this chapter, the "fishing area" shall refer to the fishing area, boat ramp and shooting range as described above.
