There is imposed upon each dog and cat more than six months old, kept within the city limits, a yearly license fee of $15 for each dog or cat. The license fee is due and payable on the yearly anniversary date of first receiving the city license to the city Police Department or the Gregory City Finance Office. There shall be a penalty of $5 for each license that is not renewed within a month of the anniversary due date.
