The distance trees may be planted in the city’s street right-of-way shall be eleven feet away from the owner’s property lot line towards the street side. If there is a sidewalk present, the tree would be planted three feet to the outside of the sidewalk towards the street side. Trees may be planted no closer than 15 feet to the back of the curb in the following Gregory city additions: Grandview Hill’s addition, Pleasant View Addition, and Duling Addition.
