(A) The holder of an off-sale liquor license within the city shall be able to sell liquor off-sale on Sundays during the hours permitted under South Dakota Codified Law.
(B) (1) On-off liquor sales on Memorial Day and allow off-sale of liquor until 2:00 a.m. on all days allowed by state code with the exception of Christmas Day.
(2) Pursuant to SDCL 35-4-81, the holder of an off-sale liquor license within the city, shall be able to sell off-sale liquor until 2:00 a.m., and an holder of an on-sale or off-sale liquor license within the city, shall be allowed to sell on- or off-sale liquor on Memorial Day during the hours permitted under the South Dakota Codified Law.
