The notice shall contain the request for removal within 14 days after the mailing of the notice within 14 days after the mailing of the notice by certified mail or within 14 days if the notice is served personally upon the owner or occupant of the private property, and the notice shall advise that failure to comply with the notice to remove shall be a violation of this chapter and subject to a $10 a day fine plus costs for each and every day the violation continues.
