(A) Wards described. The city shall be divided into three voting wards.
(1) Ward I shall encompass all that part of the city south of Seventh Street as extended to the Eastern boundary of the city limits, but east of Rosebud Avenue extended to First Street; and then west to Main Street and extended to the southern boundary of the city.
(2) Ward II shall encompass all that part of the city limits north of Seventh Street and east of Rosebud Avenue extended north.
(3) Ward III shall encompass all that apart of the city limits west of Rosebud Avenue to First Street and then west to Main Street extended to the city limits south.
(B) Polling places. The polling places for each of the respective wards shall be designated by the City Council and published at least a week before any public election.
