For non-residential subdivisions, the maximum width and location for a driveway providing ingress and egress for a non-residential use (office, commercial, industrial, multi-family) shall be determined by the City during the time of review of the plats or the site development plans. The City will consider the type and volume of traffic anticipated, traffic signals required, thoroughfare classification, and other pertinent information regarding each specific location. Any driveway approach that will be used by semi-trucks/trailers or large box trucks shall have a fifty foot (50') minimum radius.
