The Commercial Small Format (“CS”) zone provides for areas of the City devoted to small-scale businesses located in buildings that would serve more small and local businesses located along corridors surrounded by less intense residential uses. The CS zone includes a number of complimentary principal and accessory uses by right and as special exceptions.
