The dimensional standards for the district or zone establish intensity, lot dimensions, and height standards for all development applications. These standards allow for variety in building types while maintaining the overall character of neighborhoods and commercial areas of the City. This approach to regulating development standards promotes development intensities that match existing and proposed infrastructure investments.
