(a) Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter relating to parking, upon notice of such violation by any Police Officer or other city employee designated as an enforcement officer, shall pay, within thirty (30) days of such notice, to the Violations Clerk of the Ordinance Violations Bureau the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Penalties for subsequent offenses shall be increased as set in Section 2-39 of this Code.
(b) Any person violating any other provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of an offense and subject to the penalty provided in Section 1-13 of this Code. (Ord. No. 17-66, § 1, 12-18-17; Ord. No. 21-05, § 1, 3-15-21)
