(a) The Clerk shall cause notice to be given of the petition and of the time and place of the hearing: (Ord. 11-37, §1, 11-21-11)
(1) in the manner prescribed in I.C., 5-3-1; and
(2) by certified (return-receipt) mail to each owner of land that abuts the property proposed to be vacated.
(b) The petitioner shall pay the expense of providing these notices and shall be responsible for delivering said notices. (Ord. 84-1, § 6, 1-16-84)
