(a) Pursuant to I.C., 36-10-3-14, the Parks and Recreation Department shall be headed by a Superintendent who shall carry out all powers and duties granted to him or her by law. 4
(b) The Director of Parks and Recreation shall serve as the Superintendent.
(c) The salary of the Director of Parks and Recreation shall be set by ordinance of the Common Council. (Ord. 14-16, § 1, 5-19-14)
