(a) The operator shall maintain the cable system in accordance with the existing requirements of the Federal Communications Commission in order to avoid interference with the present television reception in the areas served by the operator.
(b) The cable system shall comply with all applicable technical standards, rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission contained in 47 C.F.R. Sec. 76.605 as now in effect or as hereafter amended. In the event the Federal Communications Commission repeals any such technical standard, the operator shall remain bound by such standard as it existed on the effective date of its franchise. (Ord.
