Licensees shall establish their own routes and dates for pick-up except as follows:
(a) There are to be no scheduled residential pick-ups on Sundays.
(b) Commercial pick-ups may be made as deemed necessary by the licensee; provided, however, that commercial trash collection activities conducted upon properties that are adjacent to residential areas shall only be conducted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
(c) If, due to uncontrollable circumstances, a pick-up cannot be made on schedule, it must be made within the twenty-four-hour period immediately following the scheduled date of pick-up. (1983 Greenwood Municipal Code, § 6-7(c); Ord. 16-10, § 1, 3-7-16)
