(a) The City Clerk's Office is hereby permitted to have a cash change fund in the amount of one hundred and no/100 dollars ($100.00). The Clerk shall be the responsible party for the direction, supervision, and accounting of the cash change fund.
(b) The Controller is authorized to issue the warrants necessary to appropriate the cash change fund in favor of the Clerk without the need for an appropriation.
(c) The Clerk shall direct and supervise staff in the use of the cash change fund to make change when collecting cash revenues and shall account for such funds in the same manner as is required of other city funds. (Ord. No. 17-02, § 1, 2-8-17)
