During such time that the Village is a member of a joint fire district, established by Ohio R.C. 505.371, one representative from the legislative authority shall be appointed to the board of fire district trustees as required by Ohio R.C. 505.371(B).
(a) Such appointment shall be by a majority roll call vote at the first regular Council meeting in January.
(b) Each appointment shall be for a two year term.
