(a) Electric meter testing within two percent parameter of accuracy, the property owner will be charged one hundred dollars ($100.00) if the meter is tested in house. If the meter is sent away the property owner will be charged one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(b) Electric meter testing outside two percent accuracy, no charge will be assessed.
