(a) Trip Charges to Turn Off Electric Service Other than Shut-off Notice.
(1) A property owner, tenant, or repair service may request (electric service) shut-off or turn-on for various reasons other than non-payment shut-off. The Utility Department must be given a twenty-four hour advance notice:
A. If the request for turn-off or turn-on (electric service) is made during regular working hours of the Utility Department, the property owner, tenant or repair service will not be assessed a charge.
B. If the request for turn-off or turn-on (electric service) is made during holidays or non-working hours of the Utility Department, the property owner, tenant or repair service will be assessed a sixty dollar ($60.00) charge per each trip.
(b) A property owner may request special testing for electric meter to determine accuracy.
