A property owner may request special testing for water meter to determine accuracy.
(a) Water meter testing within two percent parameter of accuracy the property owner will be charged one hundred dollars ($100.00) if the meter is tested in house. If the meter is sent away the property owner will be charged one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(b) Water meter testing outside two percent accuracy, no charge will be assessed.
