1612.03 NO GRANDFATHERING.

In order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the entire community, there shall be no grandfathering of any such systems that were in existence prior to the effective date of this chapter. The use of any such device or system after the effective date of this chapter, shall violate the provisions of this chapter.
