1492.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whosoever fails to comply with an order of the Fire Chief, Zoning Inspector, Police Chief or Village Administrator to vacate a building shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of continued occupancy after the order and after all remedies have been exhausted shall be a separate violation.

(b) A violation of Section 1492.05 shall constitute a misdemeanor of the first degree.
