1492.09 ABATEMENT.

If the person served with a notice or order to remove or repair an unsafe or damaged structure, or a fire-damaged or deteriorated building should fail within 90 days to complete the requirements thereof, the Solicitor shall institute the appropriate proceeding to compel demolition of the structure.
