Once an application for a permit to move a building or structure is filed pursuant to this chapter, the Building Inspector or other designated official shall present or cause to be presented such application to Council at the next meeting after such application is filed. If Council is satisfied therewith, the Building Inspector or other designated official shall, but not otherwise, issue the permit to the applicant.
