(a) No person shall move any house or structure on or along any street or other public way in the Village without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Inspector or other designated official as set forth in this chapter.
(b) No person shall move any house or structure on or along any street or other public way in the Village so as to break, destroy, tear down or in any way interfere with the services of the leads, lines or wires of telephone, telegraph or electric light services, the location of which has been authorized by the Village, or destroy, injure or deface any tree on any street or other public way, or any other tree or other property of residents of the Village.
