1460.06 INCOMBUSTIBLE ROOF COVERINGS.

Every building hereafter erected within the fire limits shall have an incombustible roof covering, and no existing wooden shingle roof, if damaged to the extent of more than fifty percent of its value shall be renewed or repaired with other than incombustible coverings.
