1460.05 REPAIRING FRAME BUILDINGS.

Any existing frame building within the fire limits which is hereafter damaged by fire, decay or otherwise, to the extent of fifty percent of its present value, exclusive of the foundation, shall not be repaired or rebuilt, but shall be removed. This section shall not apply to dwellings located twenty-five feet or more from any other building.
