An āIā District shall be for manufacturing or other industrial uses which are usually controlled operations; relatively clean, quiet, and of minimal objectionable or hazardous elements, such as smoke, noise, odor, or dust; operating and storing within enclosed buildings; while generating some industrial traffic and minimal disturbance; and which meet the performance requirements set forth below.
