(a) If the subdivisions is in an area where there is direct or reasonable accessibility to a main sewer line, there shall be installed a sewerage system that adequately serves each lot in the subdivision, that conforms to the standards of the Village and that is approved in writing by the Village.
(b) If the subdivision is in an area where sewer mains are not accessible, the minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet and group disposal or individual septic tanks shall be installed according to the specification of the County Health Department.
