(a) The minimum width of a lot shall be fifty feet at the building line.
(b) All lots shall abut on a street.
(c) Corner lots shall have extra width sufficient for maintenance of building lines on both sides.
(d) Side lines of lots shall be approximately at right angles or radial to the street line.
(e) A minimum front building line of fifty feet shall be established.
(f) A minimum side building line of fifteen feet shall be established on sides of lots whose sides abut a highway or street.
