1244.06 CONTENTS OF FINAL PLATS.
   The final plat shall contain the following information:
   (a)   Identification and Description.
      (1)   The name of the subdivision;
      (2)   The location by section, town and range, and village, or by other legal description;
      (3)   The names of the owners and the registered surveyor;
      (4)   The scale of the plat, which shall be one inch to not more than 100 feet, shown graphically;
      (5)   The date; and
      (6)   The northpoint;
   (b)   Delineation.
      (1)   The boundary of the plat, based on an accurate traverse, with angular and linear dimensions and bearings;
      (2)   The exact location, width and names of all streets within and adjoining the plat, and the exact location and widths of all alleys and crosswalkways. The name of a street shall not duplicate that of any existing street in the Village or, if in the County, of any existing street in the unincorporated part of the County. Proposed street names shall be checked with, and approved by, the Village.
      (3)   Municipal, township or County grants, tracts or section lines, accurately tied to the lines of the subdivision by distances and angles;
      (4)   The radii, internal angles, points of curvature, tangent bearings and lengths of all arcs;
      (5)   All easements or rights of way provided for public services or utilities;
      (6)   All lot numbers and lines, with accurate dimensions in feet and hundredths of a foot;
      (7)   The accurate location of all monuments, made with iron pipe at least three-fourths of an inch by thirty-six inches. One such monument shall be placed at each corner and at each change in direction of the boundary of the lot, and one such monument shall also be placed at each street intersection and at the beginning and end of curves, on one side of the street.
      (8)   Accurate outlines and legal descriptions of any area to be dedicated or reserved for public use, with the purposes indicated thereon, and of any area to be reserved by deed covenant for the common use of all property owners; and
      (9)   Building set-back lines accurately shown with dimensions.
   (c)   Attendant Items.
      (1)   Protective covenants or private restrictions, recorded on the final plat;
      (2)   Certification by a registered surveyor that the plat represents a survey made by him or her, that the monuments shown thereon exist as located, that all dimensional and geodetic details are correct and that iron stakes as described in paragraph (a)(7) hereof have been placed at all corners of lots and the change in direction of any line;
      (3)   Notarized certification, by the owner or owners, of the adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets and other public areas;
      (4)   Proper form for the approval of the Zoning Commission with space for signatures;
      (5)   Approval by the signature of the City and County officials concerned with the specifications and inspection of utility installations and improvements;
      (6)   Certification by the County Auditor that there are no unpaid taxes on the property involved;
      (7)   Acceptance by Council; and
      (8)   Certification by the County Recorder that the plat has been recorded.
