(a) After approval of the preliminary plat by the Zoning Commission and the fulfillment of the requirements of these Subdivision Regulations and any other requirements specified by the Zoning Commission, one tracing of the final plat of the subdivision, on tracing cloth, or equivalent, eighteen inches by twenty-four inches or twenty-four inches by thirty-six inches in size, drawn in India ink, shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Zoning Commission for approval.
(b) Action will ordinarily be taken by the Commission within thirty days after submission of the plat.
(c) Upon approval by the Commission and acceptance of the street dedications by Council, the plat shall be deposited with the Clerk-Treasurer, together with the necessary moneys to pay the cost of recording the same. Thereupon, the Clerk-Treasurer shall cause the plat to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder, at the expense of the developer.
(d) The tracing of the final plat, after it has been recorded, will be filed and retained in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and shall become and remain the property of the Village.
