1240.02 SEPARABILITY.

Each section and part thereof of these Subdivision Regulations is hereby declared to be a separate and distinct enactment. Should any section or part thereof of these Subdivision Regulations be found or declared to be ineffective or invalid for any reason whatsoever, the other sections and parts thereof shall not thereby be impaired.
