(a) Horseback riding is permitted in Reservoir Lake Park only on the roadway, parking areas and paths or trails specifically provided for such use.

(b) Horseback riders and horse drawn vehicle operators shall abide by the same rules and regulations set forth in this chapter for the operation of motor vehicles within Reservoir Lake Park.
