(a) No person shall have alcoholic beverages in Reservoir Lake Park.
(b) Approval. Alcoholic beverages may be permitted in Reservoir Lake Park with approval of a majority of Village Council and compliance with Section 612.05
(a)(1) of these Codified Ordinances.
(c) Revocation. Approval for alcohol beverages in Reservoir Lake Park may be revoked at any time, by order of the Greenwich Police Department or by a vote of a majority of Village Council.
