1064.02 MEMBERSHIP; WITHDRAWAL.

The Village shall remain a participating member of the Tri-Community Ambulance Service until such time as Council adopts a resolution of withdrawal from such Service. Upon adoption of such a resolution, the Village shall cease to be a member of such Service from and after January 1 of the year following the adoption of the resolution.
