1062.04 MAINTENANCE OF MEMORIALS AND TOMBS.

Should any memorial, mausoleum or tomb become unsightly, dilapidated or a menace to visitors, the Village has the right to correct the condition or remove such memorial, mausoleum or tomb at the expense of the lot owner.
