1044.08 SEWER SURCHARGE FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the Village an enterprise fund, to be known as the Sewer Surcharge Fund, Fund No. 5202.
   (b)   The Sewer Surcharge Fund shall be used for the deposit, control and expenditure of monies to be used for the purposes of the sewer system.
