1044.03 SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the Village a Sewer Construction Fund.
(Ord. 467. Passed 5-21-64.)
   (b)   The Sewer Construction Fund may be used for the maintenance and repair of the existing combination sanitary sewer system as well as for new sewer construction.
