1042.04 SERVICE CHARGE FOR RETURNED DISHONORED CHECKS.

There shall be a service charge of ten dollars ($10.00) above the bank charge incurred by the Village for the return of dishonored checks deposited to the Village account. This charge is to be added to the amount of the check and collected at the time of the redemption of the check.
