1026.07 REPLACEMENT OF TREES AFTER CONSTRUCTION.

Any person or property owner granted permission to remove a tree from Village streets or property for the purpose of construction shall replace the removed tree according to the specifications of the Shade Tree Commission. The person or property owner shall bear the cost of replacing all trees removed.
