852.04 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE; CONTENT AND DISPLAY.
   If the Chief of Police is satisfied that the applicant has a bona fide invitation to peddle or solicit in the Village, based on the information furnished the Chief pursuant to Section 852.03, he or she shall issue to such applicant, without fee, a certificate of registration, which certificate shall indicate that the applicant has registered and shall also indicate the addresses of the persons inviting him or her to go in or upon their premises. No person shall go in or upon any premises not indicated on his or her certificate.
   Each person to whom a certificate is issued under this section shall at all times while peddling or hawking in the Village incident to request or invitation carry upon his or her person his or her certificate and exhibit the same to any police officer or any person solicited whenever he or she is requested to do so by such police officer or person solicited.
