No person shall conduct a garage sale or yard sale continuously. For the purposes of this section, “continuously” means for a continuous period of more than three consecutive days. After a three day garage sale or yard sale activity, there shall be a break of four days (garage sale or yard sale activity must cease and items be removed) before another garage sale or yard sale may be conducted.
