674.03 FEES FOR SERVICE AND RETURN OF NOTICE.

The Chief of Police, any police officer or the Clerk-Treasurer may make service and return of the notice provided for in Section 674.02 and shall be allowed the same fees as are provided for service and return of summonses in civil cases before a magistrate.
