660.15 RODENT INFESTATION.
   (a)   As used in this section, "rodent" means any mouse or rat and "person" means any owner, tenant, lessee, occupant or any other individual, firm or corporation in control of any premises.
   (b)   No person shall maintain or permit to exist any house, building or structure which is infested or populated with rodents, to such an extent that human habitation of such place is or would be dangerous or detrimental to health.
   (c)   The County health authorities shall cause an inspection to be made of any premises when there is reasonable cause to believe that the premises are rodent infested. For this purpose, the officers or agents of the County Health District may enter any such premises at any reasonable time.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
