628.02 GRIEVANCE FORMS; CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION.

The County shall provide forms to the Fair Housing Officer upon which an aggrieved party can describe the nature of his or her grievance. This information shall be held confidential and shall only be reviewed by consulting agencies.
