(a) No person shall own, keep, possess, harbor, maintain or have the care, custody or control of a dog within the Village when such dog has been banned by order of a court of competent jurisdiction from any municipality, county, township or her political subdivision.
(b) Compliance with the requirements of this chapter is not a defense to a violation of this section.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
