475.06 OPERATION.
   (a)   A person shall operate the golf cart on public streets within the Village, obeying all traffic rules applicable to vehicles.
   (b)   A person shall not operate the golf cart on State Route 224.
   (c)   A person may cross State Route 224 at intersections.
   (d)   A person shall not operate the golf cart on sidewalks.
